The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the management and transfer of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. 
The GDPR aims primarily to give control to individuals over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU. 
The New GDPR apply to all organizations processing data and Crionet, by collecting and using personal data to provide event services, acknowledges the role in ensuring compliance with the regulations and takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that users data are treated securely and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Crionet stores user’s data as long as necessary to provide TMS services or until the account is deleted. When the account is deleted, the data entered is deleted and it will no longer be possible to retrieve this information. TMS includes built in tools to comply and Opt in consent forms with registered users. 

 

The TMS Users have the right to:

  • Request access to personal data, correct them, integrate them if they are incomplete or delete them if one of the conditions indicated in art. 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article
  • Limit the process of the personal data in the event that one of the hypotheses indicated in art. 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR
  • Data portability
  • Retire the consent to the process of personal data at any time. Everything that Crionet has done with the data before the revocation, however, will remain valid and lawful.
